Saving Kids

If you are the parent, caregiver, guardian or physician of a child in need of life-saving surgery or medical equipment, please fill out the application below to see if the child qualifies for our program. Phones for Life, a 501 © (3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through the collection and distribution of used cell phones, has developed a program to help pay for medical care of a child in need.

One hundred percent of the value of phones collected through a national campaign will go toward helping save or improve the life of a selected child in need. For more information, please contact Gary Lochansky at (888) 211-9722.
